1. What travel documents do I need for my upcoming trip?

a) Passenger must ensure that his passport is valid for entry at the country of destination and that it is valid for at least six months prior to departure.

b) Passenger must ensure that he is fully complying with the entrance requirement of the destination. We will not be responsible if passenger failed to produce valid visas, license, permits and/or other travel documents for immigration & customs purposes.

c) There is no ticket refund in the event the passenger is refused embarkation or entry into a country of destination by reason of his failure to obtain and/or possess a valid passport, visa and/or other necessary travel documents.

2. How can I make a booking online?
a) Have your passport details with you
b) Find the booking form from “Homepage” or under “Booking” tab.
c) Filled in the booking form
d) Click “send” upon completion
e) You will receive an email confirmation in 24hrs
* Please allow us a little more time during peak seasons. We will attend to you as soon as we can.

3. How to make payments for advance booking?
All cash payments will be made at the ticketing counter. Gentle reminder to our dear passengers; to help you save time, please proceed to the “Advance booking” queue for those who have made reservation via calls or online booking.

4. What is the payment mode?
For all ticket purchases, we accept cash payments only at the ticket counter.

5. What time do I have to be there for my ferry?
It is important that you need to be at the immigration departure gate at least 45 minutes before ferry schedule. You are advice to be there at least an hour prior to departure during festive and peak seasons due to the anticipated long queues you may encounter.
