If your booking falls on the following date/time, please collect your boarding pass at least 48 hours before ferry departure date, failing which we reserve all rights to release your booking without notice to you
Other than the above date/time, please collect your boarding pass 90 minutes before ferry departs, failing which we reserve all rights to release your booking without notice to you
